Last year I was opportune to attend and cover the 17TH edition officially as a media detail with @Teocrisphotography,
and it was basically one of the highlights of my 2021.
It was my first time attending a gala of such caliber,
and frankly I’d anticipated it to be more curated and coordinated than I had experienced.
In attendance were various media outlets.
Here are some of my favorite red carpet moments,
Nana Akua Addo made a statement in her pink ensemble.
From L: Producer Ronyaman and companion. She presented the awards for Best Diaspora Short Film.
