EMBRACE THE BOHEMIAN BLISS OF BOHO RESIDENCE: A REVIEW OF MY ENCHANTING STAYCATION

I recently embarked on a staycation that was unique and immersive and I can’t wait to share my experience with you. These past couple of months had been spontaneous and super engaging, at some point it felt like I was moving on autopilot and I just needed to slow down for a bit and take a break. Which is why this staycation was just what I needed, although it wasn’t completely work-free, however it was still nice to spend some time away from home and unwind.

Especially being able to escape from my reality to a place where I didn’t have to cook or clean for a day or two.

In this blog post, I will share my unforgettable journey through this enchanting bohemian haven. As a wanderer at heart, I was particularly drawn to the allure of embracing a bohemian lifestyle for a few days and Boho Residence is the perfect location.

BOHO RESIDENCE

Nestled in the heart of a bustling city, Boho residence is located at;

From the vibrant colors and eclectic decor to a relaxed ambiance, this staycation offered such a refreshing break from my ordinary day to day.

MY BOHO STAYCATION EXPERIENCE

Upon entering the residence, I was immediately captivated by the fusion of cultures and artistic influences of its quirky abode.

Every corner exuded a charm of its own,

adorned with intricate tapestries, plants and ethnic wall hangings.

The eclectic mix of furniture, from plush cushions to vintage wooden tables, and decor in earthy colors created a bohemian dreamland.

It was evident that every piece was thoughtfully curated to inspire wanderlust and foster creativity.

PROS

• The living area is perfect for lounging and connecting with fellow guests, with the idea of fostering a sense of an inclusive and accepting environment, where everyone’s stories can be cherished and celebrated.
• The gentle melodies of world music playing softly from the record player adds to the overall calming vibe of the lounge area.
• The plush, low-lying beds and soft throw pillows invited me to unwind and relax.
• The staycation also offered a delightful kitchenette equipped with an array of culinary tools which invites guests to cook up their own meals.
• Located in the heart of Abuja business area, Boho residence is surrounded by a lot of eateries and fast food joints you can order from or walk to in minutes.

CONS

• There was no provision of bathrobe even though there is a bathtub in the room I stayed in so don’t forget to go with your personal robe and toiletries when booking that room.

RATING MY EXPERIENCE

I stayed in the Luna room, I love how all the rooms are named to fit distinctive features and details that tells each room’s functionality apart from the others.

Despite the quirky decor,

the residence provided a comforting and cozy atmosphere and the service was exceptional.

One of the highlights of my bohemian residence staycation was being able to practice mindfulness effectively.

The ambiance encouraged me to prioritize my self-care and explore my creative sides all the more. These activities helped me connect with myself in a meaningful way, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Therefore;

I’ll rate it a 4star out of 5stars, 5 being the highest metric.

• 1-Star for the service of the residence’s staff.
• 2-Stars for the enchanting aesthetics and decor
• 1-Star for the maintenance culture, even though the establishment has been open for a while, everything looked neat and in place.

CONCLUSION

Embracing the bohemian residence apartment staycation was an enriching experience that transcended the typical hotel stay for me.

The captivating ambiance, cozy comforts, mindful activities, and unconventional encounters created a harmonious blend of relaxation and exploration that I definitely would love to indulge in again and again.

So is Boho Residence repeat worthy? – Absolutely, the next time I visit I would love to stay longer and I look forward to utilizing their kitchenette to the fullest. It would be nice to shoot one of my YouTube food recipes in there.
